2. What we collect and why

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health information, through the demo form.
3. Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not place any cookies of its own. If you have visited other HubSpot-powered websites, your browser may already hold a HubSpot cookie; when you submit the demo form, its identifier may be sent along so your request is linked to your existing contact record.
4. Who processes your data for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers. Each processes data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
- HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Ltd.) stores demo requests in our customer relationship management system. Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre.
- Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) hosts this website on Microsoft Azure in Western Europe.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) delivers the fonts used on this website. To do so, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Some of these providers belong to groups based in the United States. Where personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep demo requests and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, your data becomes part of our customer records and is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and the law requires. Technical website logs are kept only for a short period by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@neocreditsolutions.com. We will answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
8. Security
This website is served only over an encrypted connection. Access to demo requests in our systems is limited to the people who need it to follow up on your request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
